Established with the simple vision of giving back to the community that has given so much to us, the PEAK Giving Tree foundation was developed as a separate, nonprofit entity backed by the PEAK Residential Partners.
The foundation exists to fulfill a mission that will enhance the well being of the communities of the Capital Region. PEAK considers it our responsibility to make a positive impact in the communities we serve by supporting our area’s amazing charitable organizations.
At this years PEAK Fest there will be three very special charities that will be presented with checks in the amount of $3000, $2000 and $1000. It’s up to you to choose your favorite charity and get them the most money possible.

Then come celebrate with all of us on the 18th, with food, drinks, children’s activities, a DJ and so much more!!!!
Helicopter Rides will be offered for $50 per person!!
