Helicopter Airsoft!!

It’s that time again!!  We’re bringing the aerial support to Zulu 24’s Operation: Crossroads 2018!  Helicopter lifts will be $50 per person in addition to whatever Zulu charges to play on their field.  If you only want to come for the helicopter, then it’s only the cost to fly!

When: May 19th
Zulu 24 Price: $40 pre-reg $45 walk on
First 100 players to Pre-reg will receive an event patch.

Independent Helicopters will be at this event providing helicopter gun runs. Players in the helo have fiends and may shoot at anyone on the ground. DO NOT SHOOT OR POINT YOUR WEAPON AT THE HELICOPTER EVER!!!! This is grounds for immediate expulsion from the event with NO REFUND.

Timeline:
0700- Gates open
0800- Registration/ Chrono open
0915-Safety/ game brief
0945- Head to starting points
1000- Game on (with or without you)
1400- Lunch break
1515-Head to starting points
1530- Restart
2200- EndEx

April 28th, 2018 ~ Stewart Airport 5K on the Runway

** YOU WILL NEED ID TO RUN ON THE RUNWAY**

6:00PM – 8:00PM

Early Packet Pickup @ Independent Helicopters; 1032 1st St, Building 118 upstairs

Saturday, April 28th

7:00am – 9am

Race Day Packet Pickup and Registration @ 2nd Aviation Hangar, Stewart Airport

Kids Run @ 9:15am

Parking lot is across the street from 2nd Aviation, follow signs!

Announcements & National Anthem – 9AM
Race Start – 9:30AM Sharp

Breakfast provided by Piranha Grill Food Truck

Music provided by the Armonia Band

There will be Helicopter Rides, Aircraft Static display, giveaways and more after the race! 

All proceeds are being donated to the Hudson Valley Cancer Resource Center!

Tis the Season Festival

The day will be filled with many activities including a chili cook off, silent auction, free pictures with Santa, kids games and more! There will be food trucks, a bonfire and hot cocoa bar!
And of course, Helicopter rides for $50 per person!

The farm store will be open with lots of local goodies! Christmas trees, wreaths and holiday crafts will be available for purchase.

Proceeds raised on this day will be donated to Sparrows Nest of the Hudson Valley!
